6 more weeks! ... Actually, more like 5 weeks, 2 days. I am ready to get Sanchito out of me!!! He is welcome to come at any moment. There just isn't any room left for him in my tummy and he lets me know this as he constantly squirms around. Sure, it's cute the first five times of his foot jabbing me in the ribs, but my goodness! I haven't been able to nap or get a satisfying night's sleep as he's just moving, squirming, hiccuping, dancing, jogging, drumming, jumping, etc. etc. all inside my "petite" torso. The way he kicks, I think he's just going to let himself right out of me. I'm still getting tons of comments, "Wow! You're so small!" and according to my doctor I am on the small size, which is okay as long as he's healthy and he comes out of him just fine. He doesn't feel so small, though. We'll just have to wait and see! As you can see, I've changed the blog background to frogs in preparation for this little boy. I hope you like it!
My sister, Reanna, and her husband came to visit Mom and Dad for a few days last week. It was so fun to talk with Reanna about being pregnant. Before all we could do was compare symptoms and medications of infertility. Now we have stimulating conversations of cravings, insurance deductibles, breast pumps, and baby items. Reanna is 16 weeks pregnant with twins so she'll find out in about a month the sexes (sex? sexi?) of her babies.
For all those who are waiting to see pictures from the baby shower, I'll post them soon. For right now I'll entertain you with these:
Oh, Mayfield. You handsome, beastly man dog.
Aww, pregnant sisters. I'm 34 weeks, Reanna is 16 weeks.
Clearly, I amazed that there are two babies in her tummy. I'm going crazy with just one!
Aww, cousins playing together.
